- No agency, partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship is created by the use of Murzo Group Services unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- Any contractual relationship exists only between Murzo Group and the contracting party named in the relevant agreement.
3. Eligibility & Access
Users must:
- Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements
- Use Murzo Group Services lawfully and in good faith
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
Murzo Group reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access at its sole discretion, without notice, where misuse, security risk, or legal concern is identified.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, designs, software, text, images, videos, data, and systems made available by Murzo Group are the exclusive intellectual property of Murzo Group, unless otherwise stated.
This includes works created:
- By Murzo Group employees or contractors
- Using digital tools, automation, or artificial intelligence
- In collaboration with third parties, where Murzo Group retains ownership
No licence or right is granted except as expressly stated.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, scraping, or AI training is strictly prohibited.
5. Use of Content

- Murzo Group disclaims all warranties, express or implied
- Murzo Group does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Murzo Group does not warrant fitness for a particular purpose
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Murzo Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss
- Murzo Group’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to Murzo Group (if any) for the relevant Service
- Murzo Group is not liable for loss arising from cyber incidents, data breaches, force majeure, or third-party actions
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is unlawful.

12. Termination

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
