4. End-Use & End-User Considerations

Murzo Group reserves the right to request clarification, impose conditions, or decline engagement.
5. Project Acceptance & Refusal Rights

- Suspend work if misuse is suspected
- Terminate engagements without explanation where lawful
Such actions do not constitute admission of wrongdoing.
6. Human Oversight & Control
Murzo Group supports:

- Avoidance of fully autonomous harmful functions
- Controlled access to sensitive systems
Murzo Group does not warrant that systems cannot be misused after delivery.
7. Third-Party Responsibility
Clients and partners remain responsible for:
- Lawful use of delivered systems
- Compliance with applicable regulations
- Preventing unauthorised modification or misuse
Murzo Group does not monitor post-delivery use unless contractually agreed.
8. Legal Position & Limitations
This policy does not guarantee prevention of misuse, does not impose ongoing monitoring obligations, and does not create enforceable rights for third parties.
Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
